We are currently running Amada’s 3015 Flying Optics System that can handle sheets up to 1” thick. With 4000 Watts of laser power and positioning speeds reaching 3,150 inches per minute this machine will still hold an accuracy of .0004”/20”.
Our computer automated nesting software yields more parts per sheet and minimizes waste allowing us to offer cost effective solutions. Because of our dual pallet shuttle tables, there will be no down time loading and unloading material making your finished parts less expensive.
